Job Purpose:

To provide a range of personal, social, emotional and practical care tasks as required for the well-being of service users and their carers
To work towards an assessed and planned package of support, care or maintenance programme, enabling service users and their carers to exercise control over their own lives by maximising their independence
To provide a degree of social and emotional support to the service user
To provide a culturally and ethnically sensitive service which is integral to the provision of home care
Duties:

Experience is not essential as full training will be provided. The successful applicants duties will include personal care, shopping, preparing meals & other associated tasks within the clients home. We expect our carers to provide a high standard of care to all our clients at all times. Sevacare offer a good competitive salary & the chance to work within our existing dynamic and friendly team. Different shift patterns are available working from 16 to 40 hours per week between the hours of 7am and 10pm daily.

Credit Control Assistant

We are currently seeking a Credit Control Assistant to join our finance department.

Salary: £16,000.00 to £19,000.00 /year

Branch: Pendeford HQ

The Grosvenor Health and Social Care group is one of the foremost providers of Home Support Services in the UK and has been operating for 20 years. We are currently seeking a Credit Control Assistant to join our finance department.
Duties will include, but are not limited to:


•         communicating with private service users and Local Authorities to resolve payment issues;
•         chasing outstanding payments via telephone, email and letter;
•         gaining authorisation for credit notes where required;
•         promptly and accurately recording transactions on Navision;
•         working with the rest of the finance department to improve the cash position of the business; and
•         providing a full range of administration duties as and when required.
    

The ideal candidate will have the following skills:


•         a good educational background;
•         strong IT skills, with knowledge of Navision desirable but not essential;
•         advanced excel skills, or the ability to pick up the relevant skills in this area;
•         good organisational skills;
•         excellent written and verbal communication skills; and
•         the ability to plan your own work and meet deadlines.
